Deadlines
The board of trustees meets four times a year to evaluate and distribute funds. The application deadlines and meeting dates are listed below:

November 15	January
February 15	April
May 15	July
August 15	October

Consideration
Applications are received and evaluated by the Duncan Family Trust administrator. In some cases, a meeting or site visit may be requested for new applicants. The application is then distributed and discussed at the next board meeting.

Evaluation
After receiving a grant, beneficiaries must fill out the evaluation form below:

This is used to monitor the activities and outcomes of the grants.
