Deadlines
The board of trustees meets four times a year to evaluate and distribute funds. The application deadlines and meeting dates are listed below:

Consideration
Applications are received and evaluated by the Duncan Family Trust administrator. In some cases, a meeting or site visit may be requested for new applicants. The application is then distributed and discussed at the next board meeting.
