Mission
To support the arts, enhance the quality of education, create positive change in the community and increase awareness and interest in the aviation industry in Lincoln, Nebraska and the surrounding area.

Values
The Duncan Family Trust is based on many of the same values that Donald Duncan instilled in Duncan Aviation when it was established in 1956. These values include: honesty, integrity, loyalty and trust, as well as a commitment to focusing on solutions rather than problems and leading through action.

Vision
Funds distributed through the Duncan Family Trust center around a vision of life-long learning by exposure to different ideas and cultures. The trust distributes funds and empowers people in the community in order to work toward our vision in a collaborative effort.
