Employee Volunteer Program

The goal of the employee volunteer program (Soaring to Serve) is to align the interests of our team members with the needs of our communities, and provide opportunities to give back and make a difference. Current activities for each location include:

Red Cross Blood Drive Serving Monthly at the Soup Kitchen Adopt-a-Highway
Boo at the Zoo Spring Cleanup at the Cheff Center Holiday Fundraiser and Clothing Drive for the Homeless
Operation Christmas Child Christmas in July Red Cross Blood Drive
Event for the Lincoln Children’s Museum Fort Food Challenge
School Supply & Food Drive for Arnold Elementary Operation Christmas Child
Food Bank Backpack Program

Along with local organizations, each location has partnered with select schools in the area to provide support. Currently adopted schools for each location are:

Philanthropy Committee

The Philanthropy Committee meets bi-monthly to decide how to disperse funds throughout the community. Our goal is to best represent our employees with a positive face in the community.
