Developed by the Duncan Family Trust
In early 2025, the Duncan Aviation Family Trust received a $75,000 gift from Commonwealth Electric Company’s Commonwealth Cares, which builds upon local efforts to establish a framework for more significant, strategic charitable actions.
To leverage this gift to make an even broader impact on the Lincoln community, the Duncan Aviation Family Trust has matched the $75,000 and challenged other large Lincoln employers to give generously for the development of the Lincoln Workforce Coalition.
The Lincoln Workforce Coalition will award grants to selected Lincoln nonprofit organizations that have an established workforce development aspect/program, explain the benefits the program provides to the community, and develop some initiatives to introduce Lincoln Workforce Coalition members as potential employers.
All grant applications must be submitted online. Please have the following information ready when filling out the application:

Proposal of how a Lincoln Workforce Coalition member or members could be included in that program and/or exposed to the organization’s workforce candidates.
